Application Form
The IDEAglobal TimeMachine and the services accessed through it are specialist products, and accordingly:-

i) are only licensed by IDEAglobal to financial institutions of the type set out in "Type of Institution" in the application form below ("Licensees") and

ii) may not be used by any person except employees of Licensees ("Registered Users") who:-

  a) use them in the course of their duties for the purposes of the business of the Licensee;

  b) are registered as users in the application form below;

  c) hold one of the positions set out in "Position" in the application form below; and

  d) have the expert skill and judgement necessary for the use and interpretation of services accessed through the IDEAglobal TimeMachine.

They are not available to any other persons, including (without limitation) individuals, corporations who are "consumers" or equivalent in any jurisdiction where there may be laws relating to consumers or equivalent applicable to it, or corporations where the employees using the services do not meet the above criteria. Please note that we can only accept applications on this basis. For full terms of the licences in respect of the IDEAglobal.com TimeMachine and the services accessed through it, please refer to the Terms already accepted by you.

Extended licences of the IDEAglobal TimeMachine are available for sites, corporations, intranets, extranets, etc. Please contact enquiries@timemachine.com for further details.

The licence relating to the IDEAglobal TimeMachine and services accessed through it will be effective when the application form below is correctly completed by the Licensee and received by IDEAglobal.

The user name and password of the Registered User will be returned to his/her EMail address, so please make sure that the E-Mail address is correct.

Information supplied on this form will be used only for internal administration purposes by IDEAglobal, and will not be passed to third parties.

In addition to the Terms relating to the IDEAglobal TimeMachine and the Terms relating to Services accessed through the IDEAglobal TimeMachine, the Licensee agrees to the terms set out in this page and confirms, as conditions of supply of the IDEAglobal TimeMachine and the services accessed through it, that:-
1. it is a financial institution of the type set out in "Type of Institution" in the application form above;
2. the Registered User is an employee of the Licensee who fulfils the criteria set out above;
3. the information given in the application form is true, complete and accurate and that it has contacted enquiries@timemachine.com (and received satisfactory answers) in respect of any aspect of the application form, or this page, which is not clear to it.

The Licensee named in the application form is aware that:-
(a) the confirmation given by the Licensee above, forms the basis of IDEAglobal's agreement to licence the Licensee with the IDEAglobal TimeMachine and the services accessed through it; and
(b) in the event of any breach of the above conditions, IDEAglobal shall have no liability whatsoever to the Licensee or Registered User and shall be entitled to take any action whatsoever in relation to the use by either of them of the IDEAglobal TimeMachine or the services accessed through it.

By clicking "Submit", the Licensee applies for a licence in relation to the IDEAglobal TimeMachine and the services accessible through it on the terms contained in this page, the Terms relating to the IDEAglobal TimeMachine and the Terms relating to Services accessed through the IDEAglobal TimeMachine. I, the person named above submitting this application on behalf of the Licensee, warrant that I have the authority to do so. I also warrant on behalf of the Licensee that the Registered User has and will continue to have, so long as he/she is a Registered User, the authority of the Licensee to subscribe to services accessed through the IDEAglobal TimeMachine.
